The main strategic resource of any commercial enterprise is the personnel. The final results of the enterprise depend on the skills, knowledge, skills and commitment of employees. In this regard, the practical application of key performance indicators becomes particularly relevant. This term is introduced by American scientists D. Norton And R. Kaplan. Key performance indicators is a multifunctional tool that allows not only to achieve the planned strategic goals and improve the system of remuneration, but also to organize a system of measures for the evaluation of personnel. The main function of key performance indicators (KPI) is that for each employee of the enterprise indicators of achievement of the set strategic goals should be developed. Goals aimed at an individual employee must meet the common goal of the enterprise and contribute to the motivation to improve the results.
