Methodological foundations for managing the processes of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the context of digitalization

To improve the efficiency of management of innovative processes of industrial enterprises, it is necessary to organize work on a systematic and continuous analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative solutions. The method of calculating the integral index of innovation sustainability proposed by the author can be used both to assess the significance of a separate innovative solution or project, and to assess the innovative development of a company as a whole. Given the fact that the model for calculating this index takes into account not only the indicators of economic effect, but also the social and environmental spheres of activity, this will allow for a broader understanding of how an innovative solution or innovative activity of an industrial enterprise is effective, useful, successful and safe for environment.
