In this article, the author examines the key aspects of the professional training of law enforcement officers, highlighting the most important physiological characteristics of female police officers and the relevance of taking into account gender differences between police officers. The issue of introducing a special methodology for training and physical education of police officers in order to achieve a high level of professional training, taking into account the psychological stability and emotional state of police officers, is also being discussed. At the same time, the morphofunctional characteristics of the body are also considered, namely the properties of vegetative functions, the specifics of the central nervous system and its influence on the activity of the musculoskeletal system, and the composition of the peripheral and central organizations of the nervous system responsible for the supply and reception of environmental signals is analyzed. in order to improve performance and quality of professional activity of policewomen.
