Methodological approaches to identifying the potential of a regional cluster

This article proposes methodological approaches to the identification of a regional cluster, including the following stages: analysis and assessment of the conditions for creating a cluster; cluster structuring; methodological support for the effective functioning of the cluster, as well as assessment of the effectiveness of the cluster.
