The article deals with methodological approaches to personnel audit as a subsystem of personnel management. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods of personnel audit developed by leading theorists and practitioners of personnel management are analyzed. The necessity of application of personnel audit within increase of efficiency of work of the enterprise is investigated.
