Methodological principles of state regulation of oil and gas complex

In article explores the first level of structure of theoretical research methodology - methodological principles. In relation to the scientific study of state regulation of oil and gas complex, is justified choice of dialectical principles of materialistic dialectics - the material unity of the world, universal connection and development, the laws of dialectics arising from them - the transition of quantitative changes to qualitative, unity and struggle of opposites and denial of denial. The division into simple constituent parts, their subsequent unification into single methodological principles allows us to distinguish the prerequisites of the theoretical and methodological provisions of the object of theoretical research.
