The analysis of scientific literature on cluster subject is presented in the article, the main directions of research are reflected. The application of Niklas Luman's system-and-evolutionary theory to cluster practice is offered, which allows considering cluster organizations as autopoyetic, characterized by intersystem adaptation to external environment.
