Methodological dualism of personal and informational in computing education

The article consists of the extracts of the doctoral thesis of the professor Aleksandr Vasilyevich Petrov, an outstanding scientist in the sphere of the informatization of education, the author of the concept of the didactic computer environment. In this fragment the author studies the phenomenon of the methodological dualism of personal and informational in computing education proving that the modern information technologies are the necessary factors of the multifaceted development of the modern personality.
