Methodological approach for comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of intelligent technologies in the passenger transportation process

Taking into account the system-forming aspects and factors, key performance indicators, models and steps of the sequence of the implementation of intelligent technologies into passenger transportation have been developed on the basis of the developed comprehensive assessments indicators that take into account technical, economic, and environmental aspects. An integral criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of the introduction of intelligent technologies into the passenger transportation process is proposed, based on the application of a weighted average indicator.
