Methodological approach to the formation of the region’s industrial policy

Introduction: in the context of growing geopolitical tensions, increasing external threats and restrictions, there is a need to search for new tools to ensure national security, economic stability, and technological sovereignty of the Russian Federation, including through federal and regional industrial policy. At the same time, industrial policy should correlate with the general strategic goals of socio-economic development and influence the provision of intra-regional spatial balance.
