Methodological approach to determining labour efficiency in the digital environment

At the present stage of development of social and labor relations in the organization, digital technologies play a significant role in the labor process, which are prerequisites for changes in methods and approaches of determination and assessment of labor efficiency in the digital environment. The article is aimed at analysis and improvement of existing methods and approaches to determination and evaluation of labor efficiency in the digital environment. The article identifies and considers methodological approaches to the organization of work in the digital environment: ecosystem, integration, multidisciplinary, complex, scientific, innovative. The tasks of work organization have been identified and grouped. The key principles of the organization of work in the digital environment, divided into four groups: emergent, process, meaningful-purpose, digital. The influence of the organization of labor on the socio-economic processes of enterprise has been determined, it has been concluded that the organization of labor forms the socio-economic efficiency of labor. The author’s method of determining the aggregate integral indicator of labor efficiency is offered.
