Methodological support of technologization organization management subprocess

The process of personnel management in any modern organization within the framework of its activities is one of the key ones. The research and development of technologies for solving functional problems of the subprocess of personnel selection management in the organization is carried out. As a result, a set of methodological tools was designed to implement technologies for solving the main tasks of this subprocess, and the composition of the attributes of these tasks was determined to determine the qualifications of specialists who solve these tasks.
