The relevance of the study is determined by the development of the information environment, in which there are completely new communication systems that change the behavior of individuals and require new rules to regulate it. The emergence of collective consciousness also changes the ways of influencing it. Artificial intelligence technologies are changing the meaning of management functions. New requirements for management standards are being introduced. The purpose of the study is to develop a theory of management sociology that considers changes in the elements of the management system under the influence of new technologies. The objectives are to determine the role of standards in the management system and the influence of technology on their development. Identification of the reasons for changes in the behavior of individuals as a result of their influence. Determining the role of artificial intelligence in management. Forecasting the development of organizational structures due to the technological gap that society faces at the present stage of development. The study is based on methods of retrospective analysis, comparison, evaluation, and social monitoring. The article is a theoretical study of methodological approaches to assessing the nature of behavior of organizations and individuals. The composition of the interdisciplinary matrix of sociology is determined. The role of social sciences in the development of management functions. The shift of individual consciousness to collective consciousness. Determining the role of artificial intelligence in the development of organizational structure. Considerable attention is paid to management standards. The development of standards is determined by the technological revolution predicted by E. Toffler's theory. A sociological survey conducted as part of a theoretical study confirms the lack of complete trust on the part of individuals in artificial intelligence, as a new system that changes the management functions of individuals.
