The author's group considers the problem of maintaining the competitiveness of the company in the conditions of the modern market. In the course of the study, the factors influencing the definition of the competitiveness of the organization were identified, the essence of the concept of competition was revealed and its significance in the market economy was substantiated. The types of competitiveness are indicated. Various ways of assessing the competitiveness of the organization are presented, allowing to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company. The results of the conducted research will help to form an idea of the company's competitiveness and determine the optimal methodology for its analysis, which contributes to maintaining the company's demand in the market.
