Methodology and cognitive method in law

The authors of the article study methodology and cognitive method in law. The authors give basic characteristics of cognition, consider philosophy of law as a methodological part of theory of law, direction of cognition and etc. On the basis of analysis the authors give definition to the concept of method of law cognition.
