The article considers the spatially-mirovisional (system) changes of the methodological paradigmal educology, which are allowed us to carry out the interpretation of technology of university training of an intended educator. This process has an innovative nature with the attitudes of the following eco-cultural competences requirements: the actualized systematic - integrative dy- namics of internal and external conditions of the personality activities, the educator role as “non-educator” transformational idealized in view of overcoming the technological (spatial) boundaries, which are relatively to the non-imaginative space.
