Methodology of research of information translation process of professional educational establishments in not state form of management

In given clause are considered the basic approaches to formation of information model describing business-processes in regional controls system of vocational training, with the purpose of creation of the automated information systems of monitoring of efficiency of activity of establishments professional of vocational training in conditions of their translation in not state form of management are considered.
