Methodology of Imre Lakatos research programs

The article deals with the methodology, which is based on the idea of the development of science as the history of the origin, functioning and alternation of research programs, which are a related sequence of scientific theories. The author reveals the main idea of the concept of I. Lakatos. And also the aspect of scientific rationality is considered.
