The authors have proposed a level system approach which helps to predict the trajectory of spatial development of commercial services supply chains. The authors present a system of indicators for assessing logistical integration at the territorial level. This system of indicators enables us to estimate the scale of logistical integration in the sphere of commercial services on-site, the intensity of integration processes based on logistics principles and the efficiency of logistical integration. According to the authors, when formulating the concept of commercial services development based on the principles of logistical integration the proposed system of indicators makes it possible to evaluate the degree of development of logistic integrated structures at the micro-, meso- and macro-level and the effect of logistical integration in the retail trade and public catering. The analysis of the development of retail trade and public catering helped to identify the trends of business globalization and the intensification of integration processes. On the one hand, this fact is favorable for enterprises integrated into a single logistics system of commercial services, but on the other hand, there is a need for state control over the processes of economic concentration and the compliance with legislation on protection of competition. In this connection the methodology of level system approach of logistics integration in the sphere of commercial services is described. This methodology covers the use of simulation tools to obtain the numerical evaluation of performance indicators of the logistics system. The authors formulate methodological principles of the level system approach to logistical integration in the sphere commercial services, which are based on the system analysis of structural components of these logistics systems and help to improve the management of subsystems interaction when implementing logistics functions.
