Methodology of estimation and forecasting of level of financial potential and level of financial risk of territorial formations

The article considers the main provisions of econometric research of social and economic and investment processes on mesoeconomic level, underlying in the basis of formation of toolkit of the estimation and the forecasting of the index of financial potential of territorial formations and the index of financial risk, characteristic to the last which are the major components of the investment climate of territories.
