Methodology for evaluating the environmental sustainability strategies of industrial enterprises

The article considers the decision-making methodology based on the integration of a fuzzy cognitive map and analysis of the functioning environment for assessing the environmental sustainability strategies of a manufacturing enterprise. The general strategies for ensuring environmental sustainability and factors for assessing the effectiveness of the supply chain are identified. Finally, an analysis of the operating environment is used to prioritize the strategies of a manufacturing enterprise. To justify the applicability of the proposed methodology, an example of the use of everyday goods in production is presented. The results reflect the usefulness of this methodology for assessing environmental sustainability strategies in the supply chain, especially in the consumer goods sector. Thus, other manufacturing enterprises from any industry can use this methodology to evaluate environmental sustainability strategies.
