Methodology of application of the competence approach in the personnel management system of Russian enterprises

The article examines the features of the application of the competence approach and considers the main tools of its application in the personnel management system at Russian enterprises. The analysis of the regulatory framework of the Russian Federation on the issue under consideration is presented.
