.Methodology for the strategic analysis by D. Johnson, K. Skoulzu, R. Uittington

The article is devoted to the approach to strategic analysis, based on the works of D. Johnson, K. Scholes, R. Whittington. In this approach, three components of strategic analysis are singled out: strategic position, strategic choice, strategy in action. This approach allows us to analyze the organization and formulate a development strategy based on this analysis.
