The article discusses modern project management methodologies, analyzes their features and application possibilities in the field of tourism and service. Special attention is paid to the need to adapt traditional approaches to project management in the context of digital transformation, which is characterized by accelerated business processes, growing amounts of data and the need to quickly adapt to changes. The author analyzes the current state and prospects of tourism development in the country, based on official data and strategic documents. The main focus is on adapting existing project management methodologies such as Agile, Lean, CPM, and PERT to the specifics of the tourism and service industries, as well as the need to develop specialized tools and frameworks focused on creating a positive customer experience. The article discusses various areas of project management development in the industry, including the development of specialized frameworks, tools, and the adaptation of methods to the needs of specific projects. Examples of successful application of various methodologies to optimize processes, increase efficiency and achieve strategic goals of tourism development are presented.
