The regulation methodology of the local socio-economic systems development potential

The subject and object of research are respectively the regional (municipal) socio-economic system and socio-economic relations arising in the process of controlling the development of local communities. The methodological framework is based on the energy concept of economic processes; program-targeted approach to assessing conditions for the functioning and development of local socio-economic systems; the method of experiment planning, allowing to optimize the area factor of the space and development potential; computational methods using software products.
