The methodology of managemental effect and the scientific concept of reforms in the national economy of Russia

The paper shows that Russian economy has particularly acute need to increase the share of advanced competitive products in the annual product and to make changes in the industries producing these products by replacing the fixed assets involved in the sector of the economy, involving highly professional management, etc. In this regard, practically important becomes scientific search for new approaches to the conceptual basis of management of reforms in the national economic system, aimed at innovative transformations of the economical structure developed in the previous period and the reproduction ratios of the national economy. The author offers new variants of the management of reforms require development of new methodologies and instruments for solving actual problems.
