Methodology of management control of the implementation of the attributes of the strategy of organizations

Methods of management control is intended as the main tool for research and measurement of the state of functioning and development of processes and sub-processes of economic systems of the "organization" type. A methodology for determining the assessments of the most important attributes of the organizations ' policies within a single process of the organization's activities has been developed. The implementation of the presented methodology on the example of a set of sub-processes of quality management shows its ability to identify problems, develop and prepare innovative proposals for their elimination, as well as to develop the quality management process of the organization as a whole.
