The article discusses the risk management methodology in public-private partnership (PPP) projects. The aim of the work is to analyze the main risks that arise in the implementation of PPP projects, and methods for their assessment. The main stages of the risk management process are presented, including the identification of risks, their analysis and assessment, the development of risk response strategies and monitoring the effectiveness of measures taken. The necessity of an integrated approach to risk management in PPP projects is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of each project and the need to distribute risks between public and private partners. Particular attention is paid to risk assessment methods used in PPPs, such as qualitative (expert assessments) and quantitative methods (probabilistic analysis, sensitivity analysis). The results of the study allow us to develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of risk management in PPP projects, which will contribute to attracting private investment in infrastructure projects and increasing their economic efficiency.
