Methodology of management of technological subsystems of natural-anthropogenic complexes of rural territories

The purpose of this study is to analyze the methodology for managing the technological subsystems of natural and anthropogenic complexes of rural territories in the context of the classical, non-classical and post-non-classical types of scientific rationality. At the first stage of the study, the methodology for managing the technological subsystems of natural and anthropogenic complexes of rural territories is considered from the perspective of subject-object relations. In this context, technological subsystems as control objects are represented in the form of complex systems, which are controlled using a feedback mechanism. At the second stage, the management of technological subsystems was considered from the perspective of subject-subject relations, within which the objects of control are active systems that have a direct impact on decision-makers. At the third stage, a comparative analysis of two methodological approaches to the management of technological subsystems of natural and anthropogenic complexes of rural territories is carried out, the main advantages and disadvantages of the considered approaches are highlighted...
