The methodology of details grinding modes choice taking into account the kinetic parameters of grinding circles durability, providing accuracy of machining is shown. The description of a method of estimation the efforts of cutting at various modes of grinding, and also a method and the device for estimation the activation characteristics of destruction of grinding circles is provided. The rational mode of grinding provides a condition of excess durability of working part of a grinding circle of duration of surface processing.
