Unemployment combat during the new economic policy in Buryatia

The article deals with methods of unemployment control during the New Economic Policy in Buryatia. The author describes in detail both active and passive methods. Active methods are Labor Exchange establishment, retraining of the unemployed, organization ofpublic works and artels. And passive methods are unemployment benefits and favors.
