Methods of business administration in terms of digitalization of the logistic activity management

The article discusses the conditions and criteria for the effectiveness of digitalization of logistics activities, correlated with the stages of implementation of digital technologies in the practice of management of logistics systems and supply chains. The article presents an approach to the problem of digitalization of logistics and supply chain management on the example of warehousing and cargo handling systems of a manufacturing enterprise, based on a phased decomposition of the main technological processes, followed by the identification of factors controlled by the use of business administration methods and tools of digital technologies.
