The role of stock markets in strengthening the social orientation of companies

This article analyzes the impact of the stock exchange оn companies in order to stimulate the development of socially responsible business. In the example of the leading stock exchange in the sphere of corporate social responsibility the methods of strengthening the social orientation of the business environment are shown, which are applicable in the Russian business environment as well.
