Methods for forming labor potential in conditions of competitive environment

The article is devoted to the issue of the formation of labor potential in modern conditions. The stages of planning the development of the labor potential of companies, as well as the main components of the labor potential of the employees were studied. Methods of forming labor potential, actively used at Russian and foreign enterprises, are considered. Methods are proposed that can become effective tools in the formation of the ore potential of any firm.
