Predictive Diagnostic Methods and Tools for Improving the Effi ciency of Truck Vehicle Maintenance Processes

In the context of increasing requirements for reliability, effi ciency and continuity of logistics processes, the introduction of predictive approaches to the maintenance of truck vehicles is becoming particularly relevant. This article provides a justifi cation for the need to switch from traditional routine maintenance schemes to intelligent ones based on predictive diagnostic methods, as well as an analysis of modern tools that ensure the implementation of such approaches. The key methods of predictive diagnostics are considered and the existing tools are analyzed. The results of the analysis show that the use of predictive diagnostics not only increases the effi ciency of maintenance processes, but also creates prerequisites for the transition to a proactive model of vehicle lifecycle management. It is concluded that the introduction of intelligent diagnostic solutions is a strategic direction for the digital transformation of logistics companies and transport enterprises focused on increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of business.
