Methods and tools the harmonization of industrial and trade policies, as a way of ensuring economic security of the industrial region (on example of Saint-Petersburg)

The article presents the methods and tools of state policy aimed at harmonization of industry and trade of industrially oriented region in modern conditions (in the process of import substitution). Administrative and economic methods, as well as the corresponding groups of instruments that allow purposeful implementation of state regulation at the institutional and regional levels, have been identified. In order to achieve harmonization of industrial and trade policies in order to improve the economic security of the region, it is advisable to adapt the experience of forming and regulating relevant policies at the Federal level to the level of management of the subject of the Federation; adjust monetary regulation; promote the promotion of regional products and services in the regional market.
