This study analyzes the accumulated experience and trends in the field of health management at the corporate level. It presents the results of international and national studies that highlight the benefits of implementing health programs for employees, employers, and society as a whole. The study also identifies key challenges in managing employee health, such as the lack of clear and specific goals in corporate programs and the absence of data collection to objectively assess the results and effectiveness of these initiatives. Despite significant investments and incentives, employee engagement in health and well-being management programs remains low, partly due to employee concerns about the purpose of using and protecting the confidentiality of their data, as well as instances of hidden discrimination. The article considers the introduction of the concept of "Zero injury" as a method of corporate policy in the field of health management at the Moscow Metro State Unitary Enterprise.
