In article justification of content of key professional competences of staff and subject of their formation is given. Also is considered methods and indicators of assessment of level of formation of the foreign-language communicative competence (FLCC) at employees of the higher school. The effectiveness of a system of formation of IKK and determination of level of formation of language competences occurs by means of use of various methods.
