Modification of the Fourier transformation (FT) - rotational FT has its own (different from FT) properties, specific rules for signal multiplication and convolution; it is useful for processing the non-stationary signals in information-measurement systems. Rotational FT (RFT) in some conditions may be more efficient than FT in the problems of multiplexing and filtering. For spectral analysis by means of the RFT method, we developed the schemes oriented to processing different types of signals. These are the RFT series and discrete time RFT. Both schemes are the generalization of corresponding traditional forms of signal processing by means of FT.
