Methods and ways of ensuring environmental safety for the objects of the agro-industrial complex

The article is concerned with the problems of ensuring environmental safety for the objects of the agro-industrial complex, their rational and efficient means of protection taking into account the occurrence of environmental and technogenic emergencies. The objective of this research is to identify the methods and ways for ensuring environmental safety at the objects of the agro-industrial complex. At the same time, the most effective is the development of ways to solve security problems at the stage of justification and design. Therefore, this article discusses the rational and effective ways to protect the objects of the agro-industrial complex operating under various test conditions, including in the event of environmental and techogenic emergencies. The research methods used in the work are the general methods of system analysis, decomposition and formalization, on the basis of which the following results are obtained: a significant drawback is the contradiction between the existing requirements for labor and life safety to modern requirements, and the regulatory and technical base for certification of technologies and means of electrification needs to be finalized, there is a problem of low efficiency of scientific developments and insufficient use of the scientific domestic and foreign experience in the field of the agricultural production. Overall, the most effective way to ensure the environmental safety at the objects of the agro-industrial complex is to develop solutions to security problems at the initial stages of the project: at the stages of justification and design, while the elimination of ecological and techogenic emergencies in the agro-industrial complex is difficult and expensive, and also carries environmental damage and risks.
