Methods and techniques inter-ethnic conflict resolution between forced migrants and residents

Based on the research activities of the Laboratory of Orel state University named after I. S. Turgenev, an assessment is made of possible ways to resolve inter-ethnic conflicts between forced migrants and residents. With the help of survey methods and document analysis methods, the current state of migration processes in the Russian Federation has been analyzed, the specifics of migrants' adaptation in the Russian Federation and the problems of interaction between the local population and migrants in the regions have been studied. The study concluded that it is necessary to find methods and ways to resolve inter-ethnic conflicts between forced migrants and residents.
