Methods and technology of electronic distance learning in higher education in the discipline physical culture

This article examines what qualities the distance education system has, as well as what it includes. The advantages and disadvantages of the distance education system for consumers, developers, suppliers and organizers of the educational process are presented. Organizational methods and technologies of distance e-learning in the preparation of students in the discipline “Physical culture”, who for one reason or another cannot attend these classes, are analyzed. The information was analyzed and the most relevant directions were considered, and sample exercises of physical culture were presented in the form of a description of slides with various forms of classes at home.
