Methods for studying legal conflicts

The article examines methods for studying legal conflicts that reflect contradictions between legal subjects in the context of increasingly complex legal relations. Emphasis is placed on legal conflictology as a new direction, and general scientific, specialized, and private law methods are discussed. The importance of a comprehensive approach to conflict research is substantiated. In the conclusion, promising research directions are outlined, particularly the use of modern technologies to optimize conflict resolution processes and the development of legal norms aimed at their prevention.
