The article discusses methods for comfortable introduction of new members into a team in order to increase the effectiveness of group interaction. Effective interaction is understood as a collective solution of common problems, achievement of team goals and development through positive communication. Based on more than ten years of practical experience in working with various age, cultural and professional groups, a step-by-step methodology is proposed, including revealing the personality of a new member, identifying his unique strengths, organizing trial interaction and jointly overcoming difficulties. The use of this systemic approach helps the team become an independent supporting ecosystem capable of achieving collective results, independently regulating the distribution of internal tasks and taking into account the interests of each member when implementing the strategic goals of the group. These methods are based on the results of classical and modern research in the field of organizational and social psychology, which confirms their scientific validity.
