Methods for organization of management of coastal zone of the Black and the Azov seas of Russia

There is exact regulation on steady development and complex control of coastal zone and its natural resources in our law in force of our Russian Federation and institutions of local government. We suggest some structures and methods for organization of management (logic-information diagrams and program structures for special purpose) for complex control and management of coastal zone of the Black and the Azov seas of Russia.
