Methods of correction of frontier psychosomatic disorders of different types in chronic pancreatitis

Structure of psychosomatic disorders in patients having chronic pancreatitis, their relationship with clinical course of the disease and methods of their correction is presented in the article. Positive effect of antidepressants on chronic pancreatitis main indices and clinical course was revealed. Identification patients with psychosomatic disorders is of great practical importance because it allows to make more exact prognosis of the disease course and choose more effective ways of their correction.
