In this paper, the author discusses sales methods, the main of any sale is the strategy of planning and forecasting, the tools of personal sales are marketing, market analysis, consumer preferences and much more, which helps to realize personal sales. The author notes that the methods of managing the sales process are a continuous, autonomous process that depends on the nature of the trading company's activities, on the specifics and assortment. It should be noted that the scheme of management of the commercial activity of the enterprise takes into account various modifications in each of these areas, as well as the management of the commercial activity of the enterprise assumes a policy of ensuring consistency, which takes into account the real directions of the management mechanisms, it provides rational and correct management.
