Methods of multi-criteria decision-making during the selection of bakery products

In this article, there are procedures for choosing bakery products based on a variety of criteria. The consumer survey procedure to determine the weight criteria that determine the factors that are important when choosing bakery products is made by ranking expert data. It is shown that the ranking results are used in the problem of multi-criteria decision-making using the elements of MATLAB.
