Methods of modeling in economic studies and the possibility of their application in practice

Аnnotation: The article is devoted to modeling as one of the methods of economic research. Given that the goals of the economy are related to the description, explanation, forecasting and direction of actions of economic agents, we can talk about the use of descriptive, explanatory, prognostic models and decision-making models. Currently, there are many models and tasks used by enterprises for the solution of which they are best suited.
