The article deals with the main methods of investment attractiveness of the company taking into account the analysis of external and internal factors. Special attention is paid to the description of the Delphi method, which is one of the most important in the analysis of investment attractiveness. The presented methods should be used in a complex, because it will ensure the objectivity of the assessment.
